Responsibility and quality standards

We offer more – PHARMORE: Quality is a matter of course for us! The quality, safety and efficacy of our products and services are our top priorities.

  • In order to ensure and monitor drug safety, we maintain a pharmacovigilance system in line with our responsibility as a marketing authorisation holder, and we comply with all pharmacovigilance guidelines.
  • We act in accordance with the applicable GDP guideline. We maintain GDP certification and wholesale authorisation in accordance with Section 52a AMG. We purchase our goods exclusively from qualified and certified suppliers, most of whom have long-standing business relationships with us.
  • Our comprehensive quality management system forms the framework for meeting the requirements of the aforementioned guidelines.
  • We verify compliance with internal and external requirements through periodic self-inspections, audits and inspections by authorities.

We also see ourselves as a health company with both scientific and social responsibility. We therefore subject our actions to voluntary self-regulation as a member of AKG e.V.

Medicinal products are an essential and sensitive commodity, which is why the focus of our work is on ensuring their quality and safety.
Our clients, as well as delivery, service and cooperating companies, are always able to rely on value-driven collaboration in a relationship marked by reliability, trust, discretion and sincerity.

PHARMORE’s business units are organised as follows:

PHARMORE Global – import of medicinal products in accordance with Section 73 (3) of the German Medicinal Products Act (AMG)

PHARMORE Plus – medicinal products with German marketing authorisation where PHARMORE operates as a

a) Marketing authorisation holder or pharmaceutical entrepreneur
b) Co-distributor
c) Distributor

PHARMORE Solution – services for pharmaceutical companies in the fi elds of logistics, pharmacovigilance, drug regulatory affairs and sales support.

PHARMORE complies with the standards for pharmaceutical entrepreneurs across all of its business units in order to satisfy all legal requirements. This involves storage in certified storage rooms, a high standard of transport with a seamlessly documented supply chain, the use of selected supply companies and the professional handling of all medicinal products.
Another important aspect is drug safety, which is taken into account across all processes. The aim of PHARMORE’s activities is to ensure a sufficient and reliable supply to patients of safe, high-quality, effective and innovative medicines that meet the latest medical standards. The management is committed to this objective and provides the resources required to achieve it.
At the same time, the executive management is committed not only to maintaining high quality and complying with drug safety standards, but also to complying with all legal requirements and responsibilities. This is why the Code of Conduct presented on the following pages was established. It provides the framework for ensuring compliant behaviour by the entire PHARMORE team and all business contacts. The executive management understands compliance as a management task that must be conducted across all
levels of the company in order to promote and implement measures that ensure compliant conduct.

Compliance at PHARMORE

We view compliance as a management task that must be conducted across all levels of the company. The management team is clearly committed to compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Our work organisation reduces the risk of compliance violations by defining clear rules and establishing the principle of multi-level oversight in all critical business processes.
  • All employees are instructed to report suspected violations of the rules. In this context, we ensure that the reporting person is protected in accordance with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act. No report made with good intentions will lead to negative consequences. We see every report and every tip as added value for PHARMORE.
  • Misconduct is consistently punished, and the response to compliance violations is always appropriate.
  • As part of a risk analysis, we identify compliance risks and define suitable measures to reduce, transfer or eliminate them.
  • All employees receive regular training on compliance.

PHARMORE – DIGITAL: orders with HBS Pagero

The entire ordering process now in completely digital and simple form!
The connection of PHARMORE to Pagero HBS offers you consistently fast, simple and also secure processing of orders, order confirmations and delivery notes, since electronic documents can be automatically integrated into other goods systems by using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).

We update our order catalogue daily for you!
It contains our well-known brands with German marketing authorisation as well as many other innovative medicines which we supply to you as Named Patient Imports within the framework of Section 73 (3) AMG.

The advantages of a fully digital requisition & ordering system:

  • Fully automated transmission of documents
  • Low administrative effort for order entry
  • Saves time due to faster entry and processing
  • Faster order processing

PHARMORE – Your fast and reliable supplier: You order – as usual – conveniently from your requisition and ordering system (e.g. ERP system) and thus reduce your administrative effort when entering data: Efficient, secure and fast!
All downstream sub-processes are now digitalised by Pagero HBS and thus their handling is faster and more practical. The web-based ordering process also reduces potential errors when exchanging information and data.
You can find the Pagero HBS Center here.

PHARMORE – DIGITAL: digital invoice dispatch

We have changed our system to electronic invoice/credit note transmission.

Your advantage: This saves you (and us) the time-consuming process of handling paper documents as well as postage costs and time and effort for internal mail distribution.

The technical implementation: For you, this means that your invoices/credit notes will no longer be sent by post in future, but rather in PDF format to the e-mail address of your choice that we have on file for you. So that you always have an overview of everything, we generate an e-mail for each invoice/credit note, with full transparency throughout.

Legal basis: The legal framework conditions for the electronic issue of invoices/credit notes are regulated in Section 14 of the German VAT law (UStG). The retention periods in the original state also apply to the electronic invoice/credit note in accordance with the requirements of the German Tax Code (Section 147 AO). The electronic invoice/credit note has the same contents and legal consequences as a paper invoice/credit note and is to be treated as an original for tax purposes.

Sustainable: You will also contribute to greater sustainability by avoiding the use of valuable resources such as paper.
